Once you place your order, we perform a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Your card will be charged upon receiving authorization. The funds received from this charge will be considered a deposit towards the total value of the jewelry items you wish to purchase. Once your items have been dispatched and a confirmation email has been sent to you, the deposit will be applied as payment for the jewelry listed in the confirmation email.

Our products are custom-made and crafted according to your specific design and request. Production of your order will begin once payment is confirmed.

To make a payment, click on either the “Proceed To Checkout” or the “Stripe Checkout” buttons on our website. You will be redirected to the chosen payment processing site, where you can pay with your credit card or through your existing Stripe account. Stripe will handle your payment, and the transaction will appear on your credit card statement as Stripe.

All refunds will be issued to your original payment method, whether it’s Stripe or your credit/debit card.
