Payment Confirmation
- Once your order has been authorized and verified, we will send you an order confirmation email.
Processing
- Orders for all countries are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not included.
Shipping
- Under normal circumstances, delivery to all countries/regions typically takes approximately 7–14 business days. After your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.
- Shipping Fee: Orders below USD 89.00 are charged a USD 5.99 shipping fee. Orders of USD 89.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
Delivery
- Total delivery time is the sum of processing time and shipping time. For example, if an item requires 1–2 business days for processing and 7–14 business days for shipping, the estimated total delivery time will be 8–16 business days.
- The system will automatically match the most suitable shipping method based on factors such as the sales platform, product dimensions, and package weight. If the shipping address includes a P.O. Box, the selected shipping method will be reviewed. If the selected method does not support P.O. Box delivery, the order may be flagged for manual review, and we may contact you to update the address or confirm order cancellation.
Order Tracking
- Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
- After the shipping confirmation email is sent, tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to appear.

Reasons for Delay
Tracking updates or delivery may be delayed due to force majeure events or other circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

- Regional disruptions, including strikes, public holidays, or major events.
- Peak season transportation limitations, including reduced flight capacity or staffing shortages.
