(1) Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible.

(2) Return Authorization Required

Please contact [email protected] before sending any item back. After approval, we will provide the return address and specific return instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

(3) Return Eligibility & Item Condition

To qualify for a return, items must be returned in original condition We strongly recommend returning items in the original outer packaging with appropriate protective materials to help prevent damage during return transit. Missing packaging alone does not automatically mean a reduced refund. However, if the return arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging, or the item is returned in a condition that makes it unsellable, we may be unable to issue a full refund (or may decline the return) based on the actual condition upon inspection.

(4) Return Shipping Responsibility

Change-of-mind returns: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Wrong item / missing item / damage on arrival: If we confirm the issue is our responsibility, we will provide an appropriate resolution (replacement, reshipment of missing items, or refund). Return shipping (if a return is required) will be handled according to our instructions (for example, we may provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return postage upon proof of payment). Original outbound shipping fees (if any were paid) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or an item arrived damaged or defective.

(5) Tracked Shipping Recommendation & Transit Risk

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. We are not responsible for items that are lost or delayed in transit while being returned to us. Please keep your tracking number and shipping receipt until your return is fully processed.

(6) Damaged on Arrival (Report Within 5 Days)

(7) Missing or Incorrect Items (Report Within 5 Days)

If your order is missing an item or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item(s) received, packaging, and shipping label. Claims submitted after 5 days may not qualify for review.

(8) Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will contact you and offer an alternative item (where available) or issue a refund.

(9) Refund Processing Time (7 Business Days)

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
